Parent Workshop Series (Optimal Relationship Approach)

3-part series

Spring 2026 – Expressions of Interest Now Open

6:30pm-8:30pm

Online

$200 per participant for 3 x 2-hour sessions

The ‘Optimal Relationship Approach’ (ORA) is an evidence-informed program developed by Dr Kate Renshaw. ORA teaches parents/carers 8 relationship-based skills to support positive parenting experiences and overall family wellbeing. This 3-part series series supports parents/carers to feel more confident in their parenting, to strengthen their relationship with their child and to promote positive mental health and wellbeing for the whole family. ORA is delivered by experienced Child Play Therapists who are TORA Certified. The workshops explore how the brain works, how to make sense of big behaviours and the importance of relationships.

We are currently taking expressions of interest for our Spring 2026 series. If you're interested in attending, we'd love to hear from you. Registering your interest will help us finalise dates and keep you informed when bookings open.

Minecraft Therapy Group

For young people aged 9–17

Term Groups: regular weekly sessions across the school term
Intensive Holiday Groups: concentrated sessions run during school holidays.

We're thrilled to announce the launch of our Minecraft Groups — small, therapist-led sessions that use Minecraft as a medium for therapeutic play. Through building, collaborating, and exploring together in-game, young people develop real-world skills including communication, teamwork, emotional regulation, and confidence.

We know that for many pre-teens and teens, traditional talk-based support can feel uncomfortable or hard to access. Meeting them in a space they already enjoy — and understand — can make all the difference.  Groups are kept intentionally small to ensure every young person feels seen and supported. Register your interest now. Find out more here.
